The tissue culture chamber is also a good seed germination chamber for seed germination tests. The tissue culture chamber culture system consists of 6 culture racks. Each culture rack size (length × width × height) is: 1200 × 600 × 1800mm, divided into four layers (with a total of five layers of the roof), each layer is equipped with 5 28W high-brightness fluorescent lamp made in China, with a luminous efficiency of 89Lm/W, and a luminosity of up to 3000LX at 300mm below the fluorescent lamp. In order to meet the needs of plant growth, two-color plant growth lamps are used. The tissue culture room is composed of three major systems: a temperature control system, a humidity control system, and an air circulation system. The indoor temperature and humidity parameters can also be verified with a small automatic weather station.
The tissue culture room is designed and produced in accordance with the requirements of the national industry standard JB/T 6823-93 "Technical conditions for biological artificial climate chambers." The temperature control system and the humidity control system are fuzzy controlled by the domestic top technology FPID, and can participate in the temperature and humidity control system with related influence factors, so that the temperature and humidity control can be more accurate. In addition, the instrument manufactured by Top Instruments also has a major bright spot: for energy saving, intermittent cooling is used during both temperature control and humidity control, which saves energy by more than 30% over the traditional continuous operation mode of the refrigerator.
