1. Solution for leakage of fresh water pump (1) If the monitoring hole of the fresh water pump also leaks, remove the fresh water pump from the machine body and decompose it, then replace the water seal.

2. Solutions for Water Radiator Leakage (1) Repair method of Radiator Upper and Lower Water Room After detecting the location of the radiator leaking, clean the leaked part and then completely remove the metallic paint and rust with a metal brush or scraper. , and then solder repair. If there is a large area of ​​water leakage in the fixing screws of the upper and lower water chambers, the upper and lower water chambers can be removed and then two water chambers of appropriate size can be re-created. Before assembling the upper and lower water chambers, apply adhesive or sealant on the upper and lower surfaces of the gasket, and fix them with screws.
(2) Radiator water pipe repair method When the outer surface water pipe damage area of ​​the radiator is found to be small in the inspection process, soldering can be used for repair. If the damaged part is large, use needle-nose pliers to pinch both ends of the damaged tube so that it does not leak water. However, the number of blocked water pipes should not be too much, otherwise it will affect the heat dissipation effect of the radiator. If the internal water pipe of the radiator is damaged, remove the upper and lower water chambers and replace or weld the internal water pipes of the radiator.
