Remote control float valve may have the following three common faults

One: Pool overflow

A. Damaged pilot valve rubber gasket B. Leakage of float ball joint C. Connecting rod piston

Remote float valve maintenance and troubleshooting

Removal of the main valve of the remote float valve (1) Remove the external piping and control valve;

(2) symmetrically loosen the nut by diagonal money, screw into the top wire, remove the valve cover, and remove the spring;

(3) Unscrew the valve stem retraction nut and remove the diaphragm pressure plate and diaphragm;

(4) Remove the valve flap, pad pressure plate and large O-type apron; counterclockwise release the valve seat and remove the asbestos gasket.
