7.4 Environmental Considerations and Control Measures

7.4.3 Repair the leaking equipment and clean the leaked oil in time.

8.5 Operating procedures

8.5.1 Check before driving:

a. Whether the screws of each part are loose, whether the overload device is in the normal position, and whether the lifting device is flexible.

b. Whether the pipeline is unblocked, the valve is normal, and there is no jam in the transmission part.

c. The hydraulic cylinder has no oil leakage, the hydraulic rod is not bent, and the hydraulic pipeline is not damaged.

d. There is no foreign matter in the pool, and the control system such as hydraulic motor and valve has no oil leakage.

8.5.2 Driving sequence:

a. After the inspection is completed, contact with the upper and lower linkage process to drive.

b. The truss is slowly dropped to the specified position and then fed.

c. Lift the load with the load, lift the car, start the motor, and lower the tweezers to the specified height.

8.5.3 In operation:

a. The concentration of the ore should be controlled at 45±2%. Do not run over the overflow.

b. Always check the transmission parts for abnormal noise, motor and bearing temperature are normal, and find problems in time.

c. Regularly refuel as required to ensure adequate lubrication.

d. Always check the condition of the overload pointer. When the critical value is approached, immediately lift the dice and remove it.

8.5.4 Parking sequence and precautions:

a. When parking is only possible, stop the ore supply first, increase the discharge, and stop the concentrated main object after emptying, and lift the dice.

b. When there is no notice of power failure or accidental stop, press the stop button immediately and lift the truss quickly.

c. Generally, it is not allowed to stop after operation. When it is necessary to stop in special circumstances, the truss should be lifted quickly and the amount of ore should be increased to avoid burying the raft. This type of parking generally does not exceed one hour.

d. When the electrical equipment fails, immediately cut off the power supply, quickly lift the dice and notify the electrician to repair.
