Ambulance remount for South Holland

On May 24, the Osage Ambulance Facebook page shared an update about a recent vehicle transition. The South Holland Fire Department officially took delivery of their 2017 Ford E450 Type III remount today. The unit was sold through North Central Emergency Vehicles by Bob Baxa, marking a significant upgrade for the department.

The new chassis is now equipped with the old ambulance body, giving it a fresh look while retaining its essential functionality. These photos provide a clear view of the transformation, showing both the exterior and interior of the updated ambulance.

This move not only improves the department’s fleet but also ensures continued reliable service to the community. It's always great to see local emergency services upgrading their equipment to better serve those in need.
