Our stainless steel parts are manufactured using precision 304 Grade Stainless Steel, ensuring a clean and burr-free finish. These fittings feature 37° JIC threads and create a secure seal by compressing the flared end against an opposing female or male flared connection. Unlike standard NPT threads, JIC connections do not require thread sealant as they rely on the flared surface for sealing. It's important to note that JIC fittings are not interchangeable with NPT fittings, despite having similar size designations. When connecting two JIC fittings, it is recommended to use two wrenches—one to tighten and the other to hold the fitting in place to ensure a better and more reliable seal.

The MJIC Union allows users to connect multiple JIC hoses together, acting as a splitter or any type of accessory for fluid systems. This union also supports connecting different sizes of Female JIC ends. Available sizes include 1/4", 1/4" to 3/8", and 3/8".
