Manhole Description

1.) The manhole cover is installed on the top of a tank truck, serving as an access point for fluid transfer operations and maintenance inside the tank. It provides protection during emergencies.

2.) Equipped with a P/V vent system, it automatically adjusts pressure differences between the inside and outside of the tank. In case of accidents or high temperatures, it will inlet or exhaust air accordingly.

3.) Under normal conditions, the vent remains closed. During loading/unloading or temperature changes, the vent automatically closes to maintain stable internal pressure.

4.) In emergency situations such as car accidents, the emergency exhaust valve opens to release pressure and prevent explosions.

5.) It features a two-stage opening design. When the upper binder plate is opened, it releases pressure to prevent workers from being pushed over.

6.) Two blind holes are available for installing optical sensors, dip tubes, or external vacuum valves based on customer requirements.

7.) Uses a hoop connection instead of flanged connections for easier and more reliable installation.

8.) This product is widely accepted by oil companies globally for the safe transportation of petroleum-based products, including gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and other light oils.
