The Ceramic Dispensing Valve is made up of cylinder, valve body and glue injector part. The cylinder and valve body are separated by diaphragm, avoiding glue entering the air cavity, and the valve in the rubber outlet is fixed on the piston rod, the opening and closing effect of glue is achieved by using the switch of the valve.  

Sealing parts and vulnerable parts of valves are made of high tech new ceramic structural materials because ceramic materials are chemically stable and very high hardness (Rockwell hardness HRC90), second only to diamond, which also has high wear and corrosion resistance.

The working principle of the ceramic dispensing valve is that ceramic dispensing valve compressed air into the plastic bottle (injector), then the glue was pressed into the feed tube which connected with piston chamber, when the piston is in the up stroke, the piston chamber filled with glue, and when the piston pushes down to the needle, glue will pulled out of the needle. The volumn of glue that drop out is determined by the distance of the piston down, so we can manually adjust the quantity of glue or use control software in the automatic control system.
Ceramic dispensing valve can greatly improve the flow of industrial pipeline system, sealing, can minimize leakage, thus protecting the environment. The use of ceramic dispensing valve can greatly reduce the number of valve repair and replacement, improve the safety and stability of the operation system of the supporting equipment, and save the cost of equipment repair
