Solenoid valve use more common causes and treatment methods
1. The solid material is brought into the valve, causing the solenoid valve to close properly. Most types of solenoid valves do not have any particulate matter that can be brought into the valve, even small particles.
2. The voltage is not enough, causing the solenoid valve to open normally. Especially for relatively low voltages such as DC24V DC12V AC24V, it is necessary to ensure that the fluctuation of the voltage is within plus or minus 10%. If the power supply voltage is less than 10% of the rated voltage, it may cause the solenoid valve to open normally.
3. The solenoid valve is installed in the wrong direction. Regular price solenoid valve will indicate the direction of medium flow on the valve body with arrows. When installing, it must be installed according to the direction indicated by the arrow. It cannot be installed reversely, otherwise it will cause the solenoid valve to be opened by the reverse pressure, resulting in abnormal shutdown. In addition, the solenoid valve generally needs to be installed horizontally, with the coil vertically upwards, and the medium flow direction is consistent with the direction of the solenoid valve arrow. In special cases, a 30° incline can be tolerated. If the solenoid valve is mounted vertically, it may cause the solenoid valve to close the valve unreliable.
When using a solenoid valve, it is best to install a strainer on the front end of the solenoid valve in the piping system to prevent particulate impurities from entering the solenoid valve chamber. In any case, ensure that the voltage at the power input terminal of the solenoid valve meets the requirements, and not only the voltage at the output terminal of the regulator meets the requirement, because it involves the problem of voltage loss of the cable length. At the same time, the capacity of the regulator should be sufficient.
