This water-ring hot die machine is ideal for processing LDPE and HDPE films. It features a vertical water-ring hot die face pelletizing system, which can also be adapted to horizontal configurations or wind cooling die face systems based on material requirements.
The machine efficiently processes materials by cutting, pre-drying, pre-heating, homogenizing, and compacting them in the shredding/compactor drum. Many materials can be processed directly without the need for upstream shredding, significantly reducing operational costs.
It offers lower power consumption per kilogram, high throughput, reduced floor space usage, and less operator attendance. This line is suitable for processing various thermoplastic wastes, including PA, PP, PS, PE, EPE, EPS, PET, UPS, ABS films, such as agricultural films and big bags.
Material types include woven bags, printed LDPE films, film rolls, loose films, agricultural waste, foamed plastics (EPS), and fibers.
A metal detector is available on the belt conveyor, allowing customers to decide whether to install it. If the detector identifies any foreign objects, it will trigger an alarm and stop the process, enabling operators to remove the contaminant before resuming operation.
