This water-ring hot die LDPE film granulation machine is ideal for processing HDPE films. It uses a vertical water-ring hot die face pelletizing system, but it can also be configured with horizontal water-ring hot die face or wind cooling die face systems to suit different materials.
The machine processes material by cutting, pre-drying, pre-heating, homogenizing, and compacting in the shredding/compactor drum. This allows many materials to be processed directly without the need for upstream pre-shredding, significantly reducing operational costs.
It offers low power consumption per kilogram, high throughput, reduced floor space, and lower operator attendance. This line is suitable for processing various thermoplastic waste such as PA, PP, PS, PE, EPE, EPS, PET, UPS, ABS films, agricultural films, and big bags.
Different screw designs allow for producing various plastics, making it ideal for hard or different types of films. The machine includes a metal detector on the belt conveyor, which can be installed or removed based on customer preference. If any melt is detected, the system will alarm and stop, allowing operators to remove the issue and restart the process.
