Operation System & Features :
This Auto-Conveying Fruit Metal Detector is equipped with a high-performance system imported from Germany. It features a dual-channel metal detection system with a rectangular coil aperture (no sharp points), ensuring accurate and reliable detection. The control system uses an ADLINE microprocessor controller, offering advanced performance and user-friendly operation. The conveyor belt is made of joint-body polyurethane (PU), designed for durability and smooth operation.
It combines two-way signal detection circuit technology with a liquid crystal display that supports English language operations and visualization. This machine also includes a product effect adjustment function, which helps reduce false alarms caused by moisture or ingredients like salt and sugar in the products. By using this feature, the detection accuracy is significantly improved.
The device has memory and learning functions, allowing it to store parameters for up to 12 different products, making it suitable for a wide range of materials. With digital signal processing, it can detect all types of metal objects, ensuring simple, stable, and reliable performance. The combination of DSP and microcontroller enhances the detection process and improves sensitivity.
The special transport mechanism maximizes the sensitivity of the metal detector. The flexible modular design allows customization based on specific requirements. The machine is built with mirror stainless steel and an open transport system, making it easy to clean and meet IFS and HACCP certification standards. It also offers excellent resistance to shock interference.

Main Internal Parts and Materials :
The motor used is an adjustable JSCC motor. The coil wire is sourced from Japan's Hitachi, ensuring high-quality detection performance. Optional PCL control fall drop rejector systems are available, effectively separating metal contaminants from normal products. An optional feed hopper is also available, helping to gather small scraps or debris efficiently.
Warranty :
12 months of labor and parts warranty. Full lifetime technical support. Packing and shipment included. The entire machine is packed in a double-layer package. Pre-packaging includes plastic bags, with foam plastic protection for key components. The outer packaging is a strong wooden case that meets international import standards.
Installation and Use :
Upon receiving the package, lift the rubber base and use the wheels to move the machine to your desired location. Once in place, lower the rubber base and secure it. Ensure the base is level. Before use, run the machine for a few hours—no complex installation is required. A user manual and instructional videos will be provided for customer reference.
