Hey everyone! Just wanted to share some exciting updates about the recent renovations done on Chicago FD Squad 7. This beautification project was completed entirely in-house at Fire Service Inc., and they’ve truly outdone themselves. Here’s what they’ve upgraded:
- **LED Warning Lights**: A modern touch that enhances visibility and safety.
- **New Paint & Lettering**: The vehicle now has a fresh, sharp look with its updated design.
- **ROM Roll-Up Doors**: Improved functionality and durability.
- **DOT LED Lights**: Enhanced lighting for better road presence.
- **Rebuilt Engine, Suspension, Brakes, Air System & Electrical System**: Every mechanical aspect has been overhauled, including brand-new electrical boards—talk about top-notch craftsmanship!
- **Upholstery & Cab Door Panels**: Comfort and aesthetics have been taken to the next level.
- **A/C Systems**: Keeping things cool even during Chicago’s hot summers.
- **Generators**: Reliable power supply ensured.
- **Entire Body Structure & Undercarriage Support System**: Reinforced for strength and longevity.
The team at Fire Service Inc. deserves major props for their hard work, and we can’t forget to thank the City of Chicago for making this happen!
