Mute universal electromagnetic driven piston pump prototype available
Japan ShinanoKenshi, based in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, has introduced a groundbreaking electromagnetic drive piston pump called "MicroPumpAqua." This innovative device is capable of self-priming even when the liquid line contains gas, eliminating the need for manual priming and reducing operational complexity. The prototype is expected to be available by the end of June 2006.
Traditional reciprocating piston pumps are often associated with noise issues, but the MicroPumpAqua uses a unique electronic control system combined with an optimized valve design to significantly reduce noise levels, making it ideal for quiet environments. It's particularly suitable for high-flow applications, such as circulating water pipes or Propylene Glycol-based antifreeze.
Production is scheduled to begin in January 2007, marking a major step forward in pump technology. One of the standout features of this pump is its ability to operate without requiring initial water, which means it can function reliably even in dry conditions. This makes it highly versatile and less dependent on specific operating conditions.
Its compact size also allows for easy integration into various systems, offering greater design flexibility while saving space. The pump operates using magnetic force, eliminating the need for sliding seals, which ensures long-term sealing performance and reliability.
Key specifications include a power supply voltage range of DC 7.5–13.2V, a drive frequency of 15Hz, a maximum flow rate of 400mL/min (at 12V DC and room temperature), and a maximum pressure of 12kPa. The pump has a lifespan exceeding 8,000 hours, ensuring durability and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, the materials used comply with the RoHS directive, making it environmentally friendly and safe for use in a wide range of applications.
Butyl acetate is mainly used as a solvent and a chemical reagent. This product is irritating to the eye and the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory tract. There is an anesthetic effect. It can cause dry skin and can be absorbed through a complete skin. In addition, it also has some harm to the environment.
Application
1. N-Butyl acetate is used as solvent in coating, lacquer, printing ink, adhesive, leatherroid, nitrocellulose, etc.
2. it is the solvent of some cosetics, acting as medium boiling solvent of nail polishes to dissolve the epithelium forming agents, like, nitrocellulose, acrylate and alkyd resins. It also can be used to prepare the remover of nail agents. It is often mixed with Ethyl Acetate while in use.
3. it is also applied to prepare perfume, it appears in the recipes of apricot, banana, pear and pineapple essences.
4. in petroleum refining ands pharmaceutical industry, it is used as extractant, especially the extractant of some antibiotics.
5. N-Butyl acetate is an azeotrope former with good ability to carry water, it is ofter used to condense some weak solution to reduce energy consumption.
6. N-Butyl acetate also can be used as analytical reagent verify thalium, stannum and tungsten, and determine molybdenum and rthenium.
