The application of automotive electronics technology not only greatly enhances the performance of the car, but also makes the vehicle equipped with humanized equipment and functions. Automotive electronics equipment, status investigation and analysis.

Zhang Ning: Good afternoon, everyone, I am very happy to participate in this meeting every year, and I can make some introductions to some of our research results with you. I noticed the schedule. The activity in the first half should end at 3:30. I have two more behind me. Fortunately, my report is on our files, so I think I'll simplify it as much as possible and give it back. Take time.

I talked about this background. Everybody knows that we have an industrial research institute at the China Association of Automobile Engineers. Each year we actively propose some research projects based on the problems of industry development and do some topics. One of the most important results in our annual report is that We have worked with the Development Research Center of the State Council and Volkswagen AG to complete the report on the development of the automotive industry. We also call it the Blue Book of Product Development. This report has a theme every year. Last year, our theme was automotive electronics. This year at the request of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Some work has been done on how to integrate the electronics industry and the automobile industry, and some reports have also been formed. I will introduce the work we have done in the past two years on automotive electronics and introduce it to everyone.

When this issue is raised, the progress of automotive technology cannot be separated from automotive electronics. Then he brings a lot of fun to our drivers. It also makes cars more safe and environmentally friendly. At the same time, consumers are paying attention to the level of a product. Electronic equipment will be used as a very important indicator, so we have reason to study how much of our current automotive products are equipped with electronic equipment.

For 103 kinds of products currently used on cars, in China, including nuclear products and imported products, we have probably counted 103 kinds of products. We probably divided the equipment into different types of equipment and different levels of equipment. The analysis has been divided into six levels. We hope to discover our future market space, and we also find gaps between self-owned brand vehicles and joint venture brands.

This is our sample size. We have analyzed a total of 787 models. The proportion of large and small cars has all been sampled. The total production of these samples was more than 8.9 million units in 2010, so we think we have reason to say that we are now analyzing this result. It represents the current status of industry equipment.

This is the case of the engine. The color of our sample may not be very clear. Below, we can carefully study the relationship of each proportion. We can roughly look at it. This is the equipment of the automatic transmission. We analyzed three kinds. This is the brake system. We did not list all 103 types. If you pay attention, you can look at a journal published by the Automotive Engineering Society and called China. Car references, one of which is dedicated to our statistical situation. Overall, I think the high-end vehicles are highly electronic, and small cars and micro-cars pay more attention to the balance between practicality and cost. Of course, this also reflects to some extent the ability of our own brand cars to control these new electronic technologies and their level of application capabilities. Therefore, we say that this result also reflects the fact that small-displacement vehicles are equal to low-tech vehicles. Change, our Automotive Engineering Society has been pushing us to hope that this car is more compact and lightweight, which is beneficial to energy conservation and environmental protection, but in fact, small cars should not be equal to low-tech cars. Many high-tech cars can be carried on the above. , but from the current statistical results this is not reflected in it. Now everyone needs to be convenient and small. High-tech should be carried on the top. In the situation where the society pays more attention to safety, energy saving, environmental protection, comfortable ride and convenient driving, improving the application level of electronic equipment for self-owned brand cars will undoubtedly help us to upgrade our own brands. Then there is a problem. Faced with the demand of such a big car market, we just talked about a lot of small cars and the situation of the mini-vehicle equipment is very weak. He has a lot of room for development. Who needs to fill this huge huge demand for automotive electronics? The development of our current vehicle system is still relatively good. The control system is basically dependent on foreign countries. We have not been developing with foreign countries for a long time. This is the second question. The third question, what kind of structure will China's auto industry develop in the future? From the analysis and analysis of the past two years, many of our domestic-funded enterprises are working hard to develop their internal control systems, but their application level is not high and they face many problems. The problem we need to solve is the big problem of cross-industry.

After these issues are put forward, the answer is actually very simple. Our strong parts and components industry is the foundation for China to become a car power.

This is a survey we conducted on experts after we finished the Blue Book last year. The right side reflects the application level and application level of the following automotive control systems in the future. Everyone thinks that these things will be very common in the future, or the application level will be very high. However, from the perspective of development difficulty, there are many things that are difficult to develop. Large, such as diesel electronic control, these development difficulties are the need for the industry to work together to solve the problem.

Constraining development, the key factor in the development of our control system, we did an analysis in last year's Blue Book, probably summed up there are so few. The OEMs are pursuing the high quality and low price of the system assembly, and they have low confidence in local products. There is also a monopoly of multinational companies in the world. The growing space for domestic-funded enterprises is getting smaller and smaller, and opportunities for becoming leading companies are getting more and more. small. Another problem is that multinational corporations are now introducing standards. Even though they follow the European standards, they lag behind the world. Many of them have formed related relationships. This relationship is not easily broken. The ability to establish our own standards system is not enough. There is also a problem of talents, technical sources, we do not have the initiative to develop, take the initiative to follow up the capacity, as well as cooperation between production and research, we have made breakthroughs in many ideas, colleges and universities have produced a lot of results, many scientific research Institutions, we will study every aspect of this industry chain. We can all find breakthroughs in the intermediate links, but the chain does not have strings. The Chinese auto industry has greatly stimulated the national economy because he has greatly stimulated other industries. But on the contrary, the level of development of other industries also restricts the development level of the Chinese auto industry. Actuators are typical examples. The level of industrial infrastructure is not good, and my actuators are not doing well. Develop product prices and quality.

How to solve the problem, we proposed to solve the four aspects of the problem, one must build an industrial chain, and build a benefit chain. There is also a technology chain. We can't focus on only one of these links. We need to go from basic research to final application, a series of issues to be solved, and a talented person, from the penetration, management product development and manufacturing to maintenance services, The entire chain must be established.

However, when we truly become a strong nation, we still need to solve many problems and meet many challenges. The development of the electronics industry needs to run through the industry chain. Breakthroughs in key technologies in many areas of the product chain also require cooperation between the two industries. We hope that the government will provide more favorable conditions for the development of the electronics industry, but we still do this under the market economy.
