Henan-Korea Fair Signing Contract for Auto Parts Industry Park Project

On November 25, 2011, the China (Henan)-Korea Cooperation Exchange Conference was opened in Zhengzhou, and the mayor's Wang Zhanying led a delegation from Xinxiang City to attend the fair. The city has a total of 263 million U.S. dollars in total investment in South Korea Auto Parts Industrial Park, 100,000 slaughtered beef cattle and deep processing, Hanpai Clothing City, and frozen vegetables. Guo Gengmao and other provincial leaders, South Korea’s ambassador to China Li Yiheng, provincial leaders of the municipalities and South Korean guests were identified.

On the signing ceremony of the 2011 China (Henan)-Korea Cooperation and Exchange Fair 2011 held on the morning of November 26th, a total of 4 projects were signed in the city with a total investment of 263 million US dollars (equivalent to 1.683 billion yuan). In addition, there are four projects in the city that have a total investment of approximately US$48 million for auto parts, electronic product production, food processing, and refrigerant production lines.

According to reports, the Korea Auto Parts Industrial Park project is invested by South Korea's Sanshin Corporation, which has a total investment of 238.1 million U.S. dollars. It intends to introduce 10 to 15 South Korean advanced multinational auto parts companies, mainly including automotive engines, electrical regulators, gearboxes, and electric doors. Auto parts production projects, such as water temperature regulators and fuel consumption alarms, cover an area of ​​1,500 mu, achieve an annual output value of 12 billion yuan, and generate profits of 800 million yuan annually. The company slaughtered 100,000 heads of beef cattle and deep-processing projects, and invested 24 million U.S. dollars from South Korea's Verdes Integrated Trading Co., Ltd., and introduced world-class slaughtering lines and processing equipment to build a closed, pollution-free, and constant-temperature production workshop. The production process is strictly in accordance with Islamic halal slaughter and processing, and fully implements the HACCP management system, ISO9001 quality system, ISO14001 environmental system, to provide consumers with truly healthy, high-quality beef products, and to produce 20,000 tons of medium and high-grade beef. Hanpai Garment City Project invested 5 million U.S. dollars from Dadongmen Market in Seoul, South Korea, and cooperated with the Shijiqing Clothing Wholesale Market in the city to build a Hanpai Garment City project with an area of ​​500 square meters. In the frozen vegetable project, South Korea Grassland Trading Co., Ltd. uses Fengqiu's local vegetable resources and invests US$8 million in a one-time investment to build an annual output of 450 tons of vacuum-frozen vegetables, with an annual sales income of US$70 million.

The municipal party committee and the municipal government attached great importance to the preparation and organization of the conference, and set up the Xinxiang City to participate in the 2011 China (Henan)-Korea Cooperation Exchange Fair. The deputy mayor Zhou Jian served as the director of the organizing committee. . The Organizing Committee took the resident investment promotion and went to South Korea to carry out economic and trade cooperation and exchange activities, and actively prepared for this negotiation. The city's resident investment attraction team went to the Bohai Rim area from October 16 to November 2 to launch resident investment promotion work, visit the company and negotiate with the docking project. From October 17th to October 26th, the relevant personnel of Xinxiang County, Hongqi District and Makino District of the city went to South Korea and Japan with a Henan business delegation to conduct a 10-day official inspection. During this period, they participated in the joint activities of the Henan-Korea Cooperation and Exchange Fair.

The guests joined together, and the opportunity came. After the hard work and sincere invitation of the Organizing Committee, more than 30 South Korean merchants invited the city to participate in the fair.

This conference is the closing ceremony of this year's major investment promotion activities in our province. It is jointly organized by the Henan Provincial People's Government and the Korean Embassy in China. The conference is rich in content and novel in form.
