2, the initial cause of the fault:

1 If too much oil is added, the oil expands and heats when the robot is running. The pressure is too high and the oil leaks from the nozzle.

2 The oil cup thread is damaged.

3 The quality of the oil cup is not reliable.

4 The thread sealant is uneven or too little.

3, processing methods:

1 Remove the oil cup and check if there is gas blown out or grease is blown out at the moment of disassembly. Then check the oil cup thread and nozzle for damage.

2 Replace with a new oil cup and continue to track whether the oil cup is leaking.

3 Replace all oil cups and continue to observe the results.

4, failure causes analysis:

(1) Excessive oil addition, when the robot is in operation, the pressure in the working chamber is too large, and the oil leaks from the weak part of the seal. This can easily cause the damage of the oil seal, the leakage of the oil in the oil cup, and the leakage of the sealant. .

2 The lubricating grease rotates along with the reducer, the base oil of the grease and the thickener are separated due to centrifugal force, the base oil evaporates to form a gas, and the oil and gas overflows from the grease nozzle due to excessive pressure in the working chamber. When the oil and gas coming out of the grease nipple meets the relatively cold air outside, it will liquefy, so the oil will accumulate at the nozzle.

If the oil cup of the oil seepage is not replaced, the oil will continue to seep because the oil ball joint and the oil port joint have been filled with grease. At this time, the check valve of the oil cup has become useless, as long as the robot runs, the steel ball The oil at the junction with the oil port will be squeezed out, and new oil will be filled in, so that continuous circulation will cause the oil leakage of the oil nozzle.

5, test results:

1 There is a grease benefit phenomenon when a considerable part of the nozzle is removed, indicating that the pressure in the working chamber is too large and the grease is too much.

2 After comparing the oil cup with no change of the oil cup. The former did not leak oil and the latter continued to leak.

6. Summary:

1 The robot grease should be added in accordance with the provisions of the amount of grease, can not add too much, can not add too little.

(2) The main reason for the leakage of the robot nozzle is that there is too much grease in the working chamber, which results in excessive pressure in the working chamber, and therefore oil leakage. Therefore, it is recommended that the robot should run for a period of time after the first grease injection, then remove the oil cup, drain the excess grease, and replace it with a new one.

3 The oil cup that has been leaked should be replaced with a new one, and the old one cannot be sealed.
