1.CB-B type KCG-6/0.6 high temperature gear pump has a hard seal with direct contact between the pump body and both end caps. If the flatness of the contact surface does not meet the specified requirements, the pump can easily inhale air during operation. Similarly, the end cap of the pump and the gland are also in direct contact with each other, and air is also easily intruded. If the gland is a plastic product, due to its damage or deformation due to a change in temperature, the seal may be loosely introduced into the air. The method to eliminate this kind of trouble is: When the flatness of the pump body or the pump cover does not meet the specified requirements, it can be grinded on the flat plate with diamond grit back and forth, or it can be ground on the surface grinding machine to make it The flatness is not more than 5μm, and the perpendicularity of the plane and hole needs to be ensured; for the leakage of the pump cover and the gland, an adhesive such as epoxy resin can be used for sealing.

2. KCG-6/0.6 high temperature gear pump is generally sealed with a skeleton oil seal on the pump shaft. If the spring that clamps the lip falls off, or the oil is reversed, or the lip is strained or deteriorated, the back end of the oil seal will always be under negative pressure and air will be sucked in. Generally, the new oil seal can be replaced to solve the problem.

3. The installation position of the high-temperature gear pump is too high from the oil level, especially when the pump speed is reduced, because the vacuum degree of the pump suction chamber cannot be ensured to cause insufficient suction to suck in the air. At this point, the relative height between the pump and the oil level should be adjusted to meet the specified requirements.

4. If there is not enough oil in the fuel tank, or if the suction nozzle is not inserted below the oil level, the pump will draw in air. At this time, add oil to the oil marking in the fuel tank; if the oil return nozzle shows oil, sometimes Air backflow into the system due to instantaneous negative pressure in the system, so the return pipe should generally be inserted below the oil level.

5. The suction filter is blocked by dirt or its capacity is too small, resulting in increased suction resistance and inhalation of air; in addition, the larger diameter of the inlet and outlet ports may also bring in air. At this time, the oil filter can be cleaned, or the oil filter with a larger capacity and an appropriate inlet and outlet diameter can be selected. In this way, the KCG-6/0.6 high temperature gear pump not only prevents inhalation of air, but also prevents noise.
