Therefore, the pressure range of the digital pressure gauge should not exceed 60-70% of the scale limit.
(2) The precision of a precision digital pressure gauge for work is expressed in terms of the allowable error as a percentage of the dial scale limit value. Accuracy grades are generally marked on the dial. When selecting a digital pressure gauge, the accuracy should be determined according to the pressure level of the equipment and the actual work requirements.
(3) Dial diameter In order for the operator to accurately see the pressure value, the diameter of the dial of the digital pressure gauge should not be too small. If the digital pressure gauge is installed higher or farther from the post, the diameter of the dial should increase.
(4) If the medium used for measuring precision digital pressure gauges is corrosive, different elastic component materials must be selected according to the specific temperature, concentration, and other parameters of the corrosive medium. Otherwise, the intended purpose may not be achieved.
(5) Pay attention to the use of daily maintenance, regular inspection, cleaning and record of usage.

Mandatory testing is a legal measure to ensure that the technical performance of digital pressure gauges is reliable, that the value is transmitted accurately and that production safety is effectively guaranteed.
