**Product Description:**
This white expanded PTFE elastic tape is a high-performance sealing material made from premium-grade pure PTFE dispersion resin. It's ideal for a wide range of industrial applications, especially in harsh chemical environments where resistance to corrosion and extreme temperatures is essential. The tape is designed with a low coefficient of friction, excellent flexibility, and strong compression elasticity, making it easy to apply directly onto flange surfaces with minimal waste.
The material offers superior sealing performance, including high tensile strength, good creep resistance, and anti-cold flow properties. It is particularly suitable for sealing large, complex, or damaged surfaces without the need for frequent retightening. This makes it an excellent choice for heat exchangers, reactors, steam turbines, and other critical equipment where reliability is key.
It is available in various widths, thicknesses, and lengths, with standard sizes ranging from 1.5 mm to 7.0 mm in thickness and up to 1500 mm in width. Custom sizes are also available upon request. The tape can be supplied with one-sided adhesive or without, depending on the application needs.
