Description:
This is a digital metal detector designed to identify all types of foreign metallic bodies. It follows the standards set by Europe and America, and its design meets the requirements for food machinery, making it compatible with various production lines.


Scope of Application:
It is ideal for detecting metal in food, medicine, toys, garments, footwear, chemical industry, and leather industries. This device can detect metal impurities mixed into products or raw materials during the processing stage, including iron and non-ferromagnetic metals like iron, copper, aluminum, and stainless steel.

1. Dual signal detection circuit technology ensures high sensitivity and strong anti-jamming capability.
2. Digital chip-based signal processing automatically learns the optimal detection phase, storing over 100 product types for stable and reliable performance.
3. Fully digital DSP programming design with a liquid crystal screen and membrane switch touch control panel (low maintenance cost and low failure rate).

5. The entire machine is made of stainless steel laser-cut and fiber-drawn technology, using food-grade PVC or PU conveyor belts, Japanese bearings, 304 seamless steel tubes, Japanese Mitsubishi synchronous belts, and German JSCC brand motors.
6. Alarm modes include buzzer warning and automatic stop, offering strong shockproof ability and preventing false alarms from collisions or impacts.
