Description:
This is a digital metal detector capable of identifying all foreign metallic bodies. It follows European and American standards in design, with the entire machine meeting food machinery requirements. It is suitable for integration with other production lines.


Scope of Application:
It is ideal for detecting metal in food, medicine, toys, garments, footwear, chemical industry, and leather industries. It can identify metal impurities mixed into various products or raw materials during processing. This includes iron and non-ferromagnetic metals such as iron, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and other common metals.

Features:
1. Two signal detection circuit merge technology ensures high sensitivity and strong anti-jamming capability.
2. Digital chip-based signal processing automatically learns to find the best detection phase and can store over 100 product types, ensuring stability and reliability.
3. All-digital DSP programming design with a liquid crystal screen and membrane switch touch control panel. (The maintenance cost of the touch screen is low and the failure rate is extremely low)
4. Self-learning function and high sensitivity allow it to recognize different product types.
5. The entire machine is made of stainless steel laser-cut and fiber-drawn technology, using food-grade PVC or PU conveyor belts, Japanese brand bearings, 304 seamless steel tubes, Japan Mitsubishi synchronous belts, and German JSCC motors.
6. Alarm modes include buzzer warning and automatic stop. It has strong shockproof ability, and collisions or impacts won't cause false alarms.
7. It can be connected to a production line for automated inspection of products.
