Purpose and method of mixing
The purpose of mixing is three: first, the various materials prepared by the ingredients and the later returned ore are mixed to obtain a sintered ore having uniform quality; secondly, the moisture necessary for adding the sintering material during the mixing process is made. The sinter is wetted by water, and thirdly, spheroidizing of the sinter is performed to improve the gas permeability of the sinter. In short, a sintered material having a uniform chemical composition, a suitable particle size, and good gas permeability is obtained by mixing.
