Just last month, Bellwood (Division 20) proudly welcomed their brand-new 2010 GMC/Osage Type III ambulance. The vehicle features a sleek design and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure efficient emergency response. As you can see in the photos below, the exterior is already looking sharp, though it’s still awaiting its official lettering. Meanwhile, the interior is spacious and well-equipped for both patient care and operational needs.
Over in Nunda Rural (Division 5), they’ve also added a fantastic piece of machinery to their fleet—a brand-new 2010 Ferrara fire engine. This addition will undoubtedly enhance their firefighting capabilities, providing faster and more reliable service to the community. While I don’t have any images of this specific unit yet, you can imagine how impressive it must look rolling down the streets.
And finally, Limestone Fire Protection District (Division 7, Kankakee County) has introduced a truly remarkable asset to their team: a 2010 Ferrara Inferno rescue pumper. Equipped with a massive 2,000-gallon-per-minute pump and a 500-gallon water tank, this rig is built for high-performance firefighting and rescue operations.
