Description: This is an irrigation fertilizer injector pump, also known as a dosing jet proportional injector or dosing pump. The ECOWIS dosing pump operates based on the differential pressure principle. It first dilutes the fertilizer in a tank, adjusts the valve to create a certain pressure, and then injects the fertilizer into the irrigation system.
This hydraulic proportioning dosing fertilizer injector pump is directly installed in the water pipeline. It is driven solely by water flow, making it easy to install and maintain. It offers flexible dosing ratio adjustments, excellent corrosion resistance, and can be mounted directly on the water supply pipe without requiring electricity. The working pressure is generated by the water flow itself.
It is very user-friendly — simply open the water supply, and the system will automatically mix and dose the fertilizer in precise proportions. Regardless of changes in water flow or pressure, the injected chemical fertilizer remains consistently proportional to the amount of water flowing through the pipe. This ensures flexibility, convenience, and accurate application.
