1. Application
The dry type Electric Wire Crusher is a high-performance system designed for the efficient separation of copper and plastic from waste cables. It features advanced engineering, a rational structure, and reliable operation. This system can handle both thick and very thin wires with excellent separation results. The production line typically includes a feeding belt conveyor, heavy-duty crushing machine, feeding blower, vibrating screen, pulse dust collector, electrical control cabinet, and other components based on specific requirements.

After processing, waste cables or wires are transformed into copper pellets and plastic granules. The mixed material (plastic and copper) moves forward in a wave-like motion across the vibrating screen mesh. With airflow function and screen box straight shock excitation, the cable jacket and core wire are effectively separated, yielding copper particles, plastic granules, and mixtures from different outlets. Magnetic suction captures metal, while dust is directed to the dust collector via air pipes.

Each operation is controlled by a PLC program, allowing start and stop functions with a single button press. The operation interface displays real-time conditions of key components, and any machine errors are shown on the screen for immediate attention.

This system is easy to operate and maintain, with a separation purity of up to 99.9%. The production capacity ranges from 200 kg to 5000 kg per hour.

26 months from the customs clearance date at the buyer’s country port, excluding blades, screens, and other wearing parts. Equipment failure due to misuse is not covered under warranty. All spare parts will be provided at cost price for the entire life of the machine. We also offer free technical support and consultation throughout the machine's lifetime.
