Copper Wire Recycling Machine Features:Â 1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the screen; larger meshes result in longer pieces and higher output. Choose the appropriate mesh based on the material type.
2. The crushed mixture (copper granules and plastic pieces) is transported to the separator via conveyor. During this process, dust and light-weight plastic fragments (including fibers, ropes, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The blower is connected to a dust collector with a filter bag to prevent dust emissions, ensuring environmental protection. Dust and some lightweight plastic fragments are collected in the bag and discharged when full.
3. The separator uses differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials. Under the influence of aerodynamic and vibration friction, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the screen and upwards, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move to the top and downwards. They are finally discharged through different openings.
4. All units are installed on a base frame to form a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted for production before shipping, requiring only a power connection to start.
