1. Application
The dry type electric wire crusher is a high-performance machine designed for efficient separation of copper and plastic from waste cables. It features advanced engineering, a rational structure, and reliable operation. This system can handle both thick and thin wires with excellent separation efficiency. The production line includes a feeding belt conveyor, heavy-duty crushing machine, feeding blower, vibrating screen, pulse dust collector, electrical control cabinet, and other components tailored to the specific requirements of the user.

After processing, waste cables are transformed into plastic pellets and copper particles. The mixed material moves in a wave-like pattern on the vibrating screen mesh surface. With airflow and screen box shock excitation, the cable jacket and core wire are effectively separated, producing copper particles, plastic pellets, and mixtures from different outlets. Metal is collected via magnetic suction, while dust is directed to the dust collector through an air pipe.

All operations are controlled by a PLC program, allowing the entire process to be started and stopped with a single button press. The operation interface displays real-time working conditions of key components, and any machine error will be shown on the screen.


This machine is easy to operate and maintain, with a separation purity of up to 99.9%. The production capacity ranges from 200 kg to 5000 kg per hour.

26 months from the customs clearance date at the buyer’s country port, excluding blades, screens, and other wearing parts. Equipment failure due to improper use is not covered under warranty.
