**Application:**
The ZYD series double-stage transformer oil purifier is designed to efficiently remove water, trace moisture, gases, particles, and harmful components such as acetylene, hydrogen, and methane from the oil. This significantly improves the dielectric strength of the oil and ensures the safe and stable operation of electrical equipment. The ZYD oil purifier is particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, ultra-high voltage transformer oil, and new transformer oil. It can be used for on-site filtration at 110kV and above substations. Additionally, it functions as an independent vacuum source with capabilities for vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

Compared to single-stage oil purifiers, the ZYD series offers more than three times greater efficiency in dehydrating, degassing, and removing particles, resulting in higher dielectric strength. It can also function as an independent vacuum source for vacuum drying and oiling in power plants.
