JT Series Coalescing Dehydration Oil Purifier
This oil purifier is designed with a hydrophilic coalescing element and a hydrophobic dehydration element, optimally configured to effectively remove water and impurities from the oil. As the oil passes through the coalescing element, larger free water droplets combine and grow in size. These droplets then pass through the dehydration element, where they are separated and automatically drained via a water reservoir. This process ensures efficient oil and water separation. The system combines automatic emulsion breaking, high-efficiency dehydration, and precise filtration, making it ideal for continuous online operation in various light oil, turbine oil, and lubrication systems. It is particularly effective in maintaining the performance of leakage systems.
