Hammer Union & High Pressure Fitting

Hammer Unions are high-pressure connections manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, incorporating advanced international technologies. Each union undergoes strict heat treatment to ensure a uniform and consistent metallographic structure, as well as excellent pressure resistance. The materials fully comply with U.S. ASTM and AISI standards, while the product's technical specifications meet the API Spec 6A standard. These unions offer excellent sealing performance, ease of installation and removal, and are fully interchangeable with other global market products. The unions can be connected using pipe threads, tubing threads, or butt welding and non-pressure sealed ends. They are widely used in cementing Trucks, fracturing trucks, various manifolds, pipelines, and other high-pressure equipment. Available models include FIG602, FIG1002, FIG1003, FIG1502, FIG2002, and FIG2202. The rated pressure options are 5000 psi (35 MPa) and 10000 psi (70 MPa). Seal rings are compatible with SPM or FMC equivalent products, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems. Below is a detailed specification table for FIG602: | Nominal Pipe Size | Over All Length | Bore Hole | Radius/Nut | Material | Weight | |-------------------|-----------------|-----------|------------|----------|--------| | in | mm | in | mm | Steel Forging | lbs | | 1 | 25.4 | 1/4 | 6.4 | Steel Forging | 3.5 | | 2 | 50.8 | 1/4 | 6.4 | Steel Forging | 13.25 | | 3 | 76.2 | 3/8 | 9.5 | Steel Forging | 21.0 | | 4 | 101.6 | 3/8 | 9.5 | Steel Forging | 33.0 | **Note:** Suitable for sour gas service, with a cold working pressure of 6,000 psi (NSCWP) and 9,000 psi. This makes the union ideal for harsh and corrosive environments where reliability and safety are critical. Whether you're working on offshore oil rigs, onshore drilling sites, or in pipeline infrastructure, these unions provide a durable and efficient solution for high-pressure applications.

Silicon Starter Battery

Optimized For High Current Discharges

Greensaver batteries are superior at discharging large currents. Our products are able to discharge 30C in 8 seconds.

Reduced Charging Time

Greensaver batteries can be recharged via large currents of up to 0.5-1.0C.It will be shorten more half time than the Lead-acid batteries if you equip with the special charger for the Silicone Power Batteries.

Enhanced Capacity

Greensaver batteries hold more charge and have much higher capacity than the international level.

Long Battery life

Under the normal operation and usage, Greensaver batteries have a 10 years float life, and are able to last up to more than 600 deep cycles(100% DOD).

Minimal self –discharge

Self-discharge in Greensaver batteries are greatly reduced. It can be still used without charging no longer within one year, it has more than four times storage than the average lead-acid batteries.

Maintains High Capacity Under Low Temperatures

Greensaver batteries are able to hold 80~85% of their total capacity under

–10℃ temperatures.

Extended Operating Temperature Range

Greensaver batteries are still able to be operated normally under the harshest environments under –40℃~+70℃ temperatures.

No Memory Effects, And Maintenance Free Sealed Design

Greensaver Batteries do not suffer from memory effects during recharges and discharges. And they are also maintenance free designed to aid your convenience.

Environmental protection Silicate Compound Electrolyte

The silicate compound electrolyte has feeble acidic vapors during charging.

It is in line with the requirement of environmental protection.

Low Internal Resistance

Using the silicate compound electrolyte, internal resistance is greatly reduced. High temperatures do not generate easily during charging. This will be prolonging the using life of the batteries. With the high affection during the charging and recharging, the strong receive ability of the little current.
