Introduction

      This circular rotary vibrating screen is a high precision sieve filter machine that uses a vertical vibration motor as its source of motion. Principle

      This circular vibrating screen uses a horizontal vibration motor or special vibration exciter as the vibration source. The horizontal vibration motor and vibration exciter have an eccentric block on both their upper and lower sides. By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the material on the screen can change its movement locus, achieving suitable screening performance.

2. The movement locus and vibration amplitude are both adjustable, making it suitable for rough screening or filtering of granular, powdery, and liquid materials based on application needs.

4. The screen frame is specially designed for quick screen changes, taking only 5-10 minutes. The stainless steel wire woven net is easy to clean and durable.

5. A completely enclosed structure minimizes particulate matter pollution in the air.

6. The discharge outlet can rotate 360 degrees, facilitating the installation of matching equipment.

7. Energy consumption is low, and noise levels can reach as low as 73-80 dB.

8. In case of short circuits, phase loss, or unstable voltage, the motor will automatically cut off power to prevent damage.

9. The motor has an IP65 protection rating, meaning it is dustproof, waterproof, heatproof, and oilproof.
