Introduction

      This circular rotary vibrating screen is a high precision sieve filter machine that uses a vertical vibrating motor as its vibration source. Principle

      This circular vibrating screen uses a horizontal vibration motor or a special vibration exciter as its vibration source. The horizontal vibration motor and vibration exciter have an eccentric block at both their upper and lower sides. By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the material on the screen can change its movement locus, achieving suitable screening performance.

4. The screen frame is specially designed for quick changes, and the stainless steel wire woven net is easy to clean and durable.

6. The discharge outlet can rotate 360 degrees, facilitating the installation of matching equipment.

7. The energy consumption is low, and the noise level can be as low as 73-80 dB.

8. In case of short circuit, phase loss, or unstable voltage, the motor will automatically cut off power to protect itself.
