Wet Drum Permanent Magnetic Separator CT Series from YYDLS is a traditional Rare Earth Drum Magnetic Separator designed for efficient mineral slurry processing. This equipment is widely used in the concentration of magnetic materials, particularly in the separation of strong magnetic substances such as magnetite, Ti-magnetite, franklinite, pyrrhotite, and maghemite from weakly magnetic or non-magnetic materials through wet concentration methods.
There are three types of separators available, each suited for different applications based on the direction of the rotating drum and pulp flow:
1. **Counter Rotation (CTB)** – Ideal for particle sizes around 2mm.
2. **Concurrent (CTS)** – Suitable for particle sizes between 6~0mm, offering higher recovery rates of magnetic materials.
3. **Counter Current (CTN)** – Designed for particle sizes ranging from 0.6~0mm, providing a higher grade of magnetic materials.
