Product Description
1. Machine Introduction
The integrated type wood branches crusher / wood pulverizer machine is designed to crush hard wood and wet tree branches using impact energy. When the integrated crushing line wood hammer mill starts operating, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. The wood is fed into the crushing chamber uniformly, where the high-speed rotating hammers strike, cut, and tear the wood into smaller pieces. At the same time, the gravity of the wood causes it to be thrown against the body baffle, sieve, and lower part of the rotor. The crushed wood smaller than the sieve size passes through the sieve, while larger pieces remain on the sieve and continue to be struck and milled by the hammers.
2. Applications
The integrated type wood branches crusher / wood pulverizer machine is widely used in waste template processing plants, bamboo plywood processing plants, wood-based panel factories, composite board factories, power plant boiler raw material combustion, and individual wood processing plants.
The structure of the wood pallet shredder is more complex, utilizing the hammer breaking principle. It includes a conveyor belt feeding system, a feeding port feeder, a first crushing system, a nail removal system, a second crushing system, and an exhaust dust system. This automated system with nail removal capabilities ensures efficient and safe operation.
Structure
1. Feed delivery: Place the wood to be broken;
2. Feed roller: Control the feed speed and ensure the sheet does not slip or jam;
3. Synchronization between feeding and crushing for uniform results;
4. The feed roller uses UCK series bearings with a spring compression mechanism, adapting to different plate thicknesses;
5. Feeding roller and crushing roller use different power systems for easier control.
Work Principle 
The machine operates using a work platform, feed roller, and conveyor. Feeding: Placement of the wood to be broken board; Feeding roller: Controls the feed speed and prevents slipping or jamming; Spiral crushing roller: Ensures even force around the circumference; Plate broken with feed and crushing synchronization for uniform crushing; Feed pressure roller with UCK series bearings plus spring compression mechanism adapts to different plate thicknesses; Pressure roller and crushing roller use different power systems for easy control.
