Xugong Technology's new multi-functional paver passed the load test
The first RP752 multi-functional paver has successfully completed testing at Xugong Technology. The results show that the performance of the RP752 meets all design and operational requirements, marking it as a key model for Xugong to strengthen its position in the stable paver market. Equipped with full hydraulic two-variable drive technology and a proprietary transmission system, the RP752 delivers excellent driving performance, ensuring precise and consistent material laying. Its enhanced adaptability and reliability make it suitable for a wide range of paving applications. To improve the durability of the conveying system and screed, the machine features imported high-wear-resistant steel plates on both the conveyor and screed bottom plates. Additionally, the optimized and improved structural design of the conveying system significantly extends the service life and reliability of these critical components.
The RP752 also includes an ultrasonic level sensor for automated control, making operation more efficient and reducing manual intervention. It is equipped with a patented double-vibration screed, which not only enhances the quality of the pavement but also improves economic efficiency and user convenience.
This multi-functional paver is primarily used for constructing base layers of stabilized materials such as lime soil, lime-fly ash gravel, graded aggregates, and roller-compacted concrete (RCC). It is widely applied in highway subgrade construction across all road grades.
