What are the wiring methods for explosion-proof platform lights?
There are 4 steps in the wiring method of the explosion-proof platform lamp , as follows:
1. First choose the appropriate installation method.
2. Determine the installation position of the explosion-proof platform lamp, lay the steel pipe, and prepare the three-core cable wire of the corresponding length to be worn in the steel pipe. The cable should be exposed to a steel pipe of about 90 mm, and the cable at the front of the cable should be stripped 40 mm to expose the internal wires.
3. Pass the cable through the nut connector, gasket, seal ring and the top cover, and use the wrench to clamp the wrench on the nut connector. Tighten the nut connector to ensure the inside of the cap. The cable sealing ring is fully compressed. After tightening, the nut connector can only expose one or two buckles of the top cover. Then connect the steel pipe to the nut connecting piece, and use a wrench to clamp the wrench on the nut connecting piece to tighten the steel pipe, and tighten the steel pipe with the M4 screw on the nut connecting piece.
4. Use a hex wrench to loosen the screw on the top of the top cover, open the pressure plate of the fixed top cover, open the top cover, and introduce the three-core cable into the lamp cavity for wiring. Then tighten the crimping screw, close the top cover, and tighten the upper screw.
