Interpretation: Also known as a sharp chute. The width of the trough is linearly contracted from the feeding end to the discharging end, and the discharge port is fan-shaped, so it is called. During the flow of the slurry along the trough surface, heavy minerals gradually accumulate in the lower layer for slow flow, while the light minerals are located in the upper layer with faster movement. With the shrinkage of the groove surface, the difference in the flow velocity of the upper and lower layers of the slurry is getting larger and larger, and the thickness of the flow layer is also getting larger and larger. Advantages: Compared with other chute dressing methods, the fan-shaped chute has the characteristics of large chute slope, baffle at the bottom of the trough, large concentration of slurry, and increasing slurry flow rate with the shrinkage of the chute. Therefore, the liquid flow at the front end is relatively stable, which is conducive to improving the recovery rate; the flow pulsation of the back end flow is slightly increased, which is conducive to improving the concentrate grade.
